4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Credit Defender:
Supabase
Database hosting, authentication, and file storage. Your account data and documents are stored in Supabase's secure infrastructure.
Lob
Physical mail delivery. When you send a dispute letter, your letter content and recipient address are transmitted to Lob for printing and mailing via USPS Certified Mail.
Whop
Payment processing. Whop handles all payment transactions. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your payment card details.
USPS
Mail delivery and tracking. Your letters are sent via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt, and tracking data is provided by USPS.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Row-level security policies on database tables
- Secure authentication with session management
- Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
